The condominium is situated in the famous area of Los Austrias, where you find the Royal Palace and Almudena Cathedral, in the middle of La Latina, at the La Latina Square, which is home to the famous flea market ‘El Rastro’ on Sundays. It is very close to Cava Baja, which is the fashion quarter and a great place to grab dinner or some drinks Spanish style, close to the Main Square (Plaza Mayor) and Puerta del Sol, where KM 0 is. La Latina Square has a taxi stop, busses and the very convenient underground station of La Latina. The surrounding streets have many shops and very famous restaurants, like Casa Botin, Casa Lucio y Malacatín, You’ll find supermarkets, a very big foods market, an indoor swimming pool and a gym, all in very short distance and just in front is the famous Latina Theatre.
