The bathrooms are all next to the bedrooms. During meals, the dining room is used for the purpose of eating. Outside these hours, it can be used as a leisure area.

Gran Via is the main avenue of Madrid, going all the way from Plaza de España to Plaza Callao. It is one of the most important avenues of the city, having many restaurants, cinemas, cafés, shops, large corporations and banks on either side.
Plaza de España is a beautiful square with a garden that has a statue of Dom Quixote and Sancho Panza, surrounded by olive trees and with a fountain.
From here, you’ll be within walking distance of several historical areas of Madrid, such as Malasaña, Las Austrias and La Latina.
Noviciado metro station is just under 200m away on line 2.
All bills are included. There is a cleaning service of all rooms every week day.
Lunch: Lunch normally consists of two dishes and dessert, and provides a balanced diet with all nutrients, proteins and vitamins needed.
Dinner: Dinner is similar to lunch. There are soft drinks and coffee machines available for Residents.
Your dietary needs will be met at all times, if you are unwell, or suffer from a disease or follow a special diet by medical prescription. The residence also prepares special menus according to people's ideologies (religious convictions, vegetarians).
Weekends and bank holidays: Saturdays, Sundays and bank holiday evenings dinners will be "informal": hot dogs, hamburgers, sandwiches, pizzas, etc.
The dining room is SELF-SERVICE and keeps strict hours. You will only be served outside the opening hours only from Monday to Friday if you request it in advance and for justified causes.
For health reasons, no food is allowed in the bedrooms.
The cleaning staff clean and make up the rooms and the rest of the installations every day. Residents make up their own rooms at the weekend.
The Residence has a laundry equipped with first class machines for washing and ironing clothes.
Small garments will be placed in a loose netting bag, marked with your name for easy identification and to make washing easier.
Your dirty laundry is placed in a bag, which is collected once a week.
24 hour medical service The Residence has a private medical insurance policy with Sanitas.
